Nest Google battery cam won’t turn on

I installed a nest/google battery cam, during the setup I could see video and set where I wanted it. Then after final setup it just says camera off and I try to turn it on but it doesn’t do anything just tries for a few minutes and goes back to and just goes back to device off.fully charged mount this device to see live video or receive event notification.

Is your battery camera firmly mounted on the magnetic mount?  And is the magnetic mount installed correctly?

Thanks for letting us know. I understand how frustrating this situation can be. No worries! Help's here. --- Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

1. To see if the issue is related to the camera's software settings. Please factory reset the device. Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell.
2. Change the camera’s battery settings as explained in Save battery for Nest cameras and doorbells, and monitor the camera’s battery performance.
3. If the camera still doesn't power on after a factory reset and changing settings, please feel free to fill out this form Share feedback about Google Nest to get further and find additional solutions.
