Nest Hello peeling

My Nest Hello doorbell is peeling really badly and now looks awful. It is located in a shady spot so I don't think the sun caused the damage.

This appears to be a common problem so is there a way to get it repaired?

Thanks, do you have a ticket reference for this as I haven't had any form of confirmation?

Can you provide an update on this? I have heard nothing back from the support team. 

This community is full of people complaining about the same problem with the doorbell. This must be a known issue with the doorbell that Google needs to address.
