motion event recording recovery

I am trying to view motion events from Sunday 10/8. On that date I did not have Nest Aware, just the basic service that only retains 3 hours of most recent motion. I missed the 3 hour window.  On Monday 10/9,  I upgraded to Nest Aware. Can I go back now to 10/8 motion video history?  Retroactively? 

There was a motion event on Sunday that relates to a trespassing episode and would be very helpful in the investigation.

Forgot mention I have a Nest Doorbell camera.

Video history starts at the time you purchase a Nest Aware subscription. For Google Nest to be able to provide retroactive video history, they would have had to have been saving your personal video history secretly, without your permission.
