If so, what is the exact message that appears on the app that prevents you from proceeding? Also, please make sure that your email address is not a Google Workspace account because you won't be able to add others to your home as some Google Home app features are not available for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) accounts. To access all Google Home app features available in your country, link a personal Gmail account instead.
