please help!
I installed 2nd nest google doorbell. everything went fine, but I could not hear "ding dong" or ringing on my phone when pressed the doorbell. I did call Google tech for help. after configured, turned on everything....sound notifications etc.... My son came home from school tested it. It did not work. I called Google again and wait until now nobody called back "case in progress "

How long should I wait for your update? Or should I return it or exchange it for different one? I just bought this doorbell camera a few days ago.

can you tell if I have to pay for subscription to hear the doorbell ringing on my phone or not?

Hi @tnguyltdta.
Thanks for reaching out. That's a great question, I'm happy to assist you with the answer!
Currently, you don't need a subscription to hear your doorbell ring on your phone. However, we don't offer the option to hear the actual doorbell sound itself yet. When someone presses the doorbell, you will receive a push notification that will let you know someone is at the door.
However, it's a great suggestion! I would recommend filling out this feedback form. This form will reach our developers directly, so a feature like the one you need might be implemented in the future.
Please let me know if you have any questions from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Regards,
Jonathan
