HI
Yesterday my nest outdoor cam suddenly stopped working
No reinitialization works
It is "turned off" and nothing is possible to turn it on
I bought it 4 month ago and I feel scammed.
No waranty from Amazon (I nedd a replacement, not a repayment), no contact from google ....
Help....

For this I believe you need to reach out directly to GOOGLE to get a replacement as they are the company that offers the warranty. Your best bet is to speak with a google tech. Have the serial number off our camera available and get ready as they will most likely want to do some basic trouble shooting with you on the phone. Here is the link to start the process and get to the point of speaking with someone. I believe there are live people 24/7

The same thing just happened to mine. What ultimately fixed it is removing it from my account, then adding it back.
