If you have a 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Camera, are you logging into the home.nest.com website with the same username and password as you're using for the Google Nest app?
If you have a 2nd gen Google Nest battery camera, are you logging into the home.google.com website with the same Google Account as you're using for the Google Home app? You have to select your camera to see the history on the right.
