I have 19v at each doorbell
I switched the chime of doorbell #1 with #2 see if it was a defective chime but its allways ring correctly with doorbell #1.

Years ago, when we added our second Nest Hello doorbell, everything for the 2nd doorbell would work, except that it wouldn't ring the doorbell chime. If we watched our mechanical chime, the plunger would move a little, but not enough to make it work. When we upgraded from our old transformer (which worked with our old conventional doorbells), the 2nd Nest Hello would then ring the chime.

It looks like you may have an electronic doorbell chime. Is your chime duration set the same on both doorbells?
Also, several customers in this forum, including us, have reported upgrading to a 16V 30VA transformer to get 1st gen and 2nd gen Google Nest doorbells to work. We have two Nest Hello Doorbells on one chime, and the second doorbell wouldn't ring the chime until we upgraded from our very old transformer.

Hello,
I tryed to put different chime duration tryed all different, from 1 to 10 seconds
Did not work
I could try to put a bigger transformer, but i dont feel its the issue as both doorbell worth perfectly fine, just one dont make the chime ring, but notification and video and record is totally fine
Looking for more troubleshoot but will order a bigger transformer to test
