does not always pickup cars coming and going.......... any solution?

The Google Nest Outdoor Camera over our garage door has the same issue. It sometimes does not flag when we back out of the garage. Less often, it does not flag when we drive into the garage. It almost always flags cars driving down the alley. In all cases, the events can still be found in our 24/7 history; they're just not all flagged.

I've just assumed this is because the technology is not perfect, since our other cameras also sometimes fail to flag certain events.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. Let's sort this out. What type of camera is in question? When did the issue start? Do you have an Android or iPhone? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? Also, is your vehicle notification enabled in your Google Home app?
