If you purchased it from a retailer, return it. If you purchased it from the Google Store, return it, or contact Support, using the link and instructions in this post:

If you're returning to Google Nest, you may need to be prepared to argue that you receive a NEW doorbell and not a refurbished one, since yours was damaged upon receipt and is not a warranty return.
