Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. You need to remove it from its mount and bring it inside your house. You'll see a charging port at the back of it. Connect the USB cable that came with it. Typically: It takes approximately five hours to fully charge the battery using a compatible 7.5W AC adapter (sold separately).
Google Nest Cam (battery) and Nest Doorbell (battery) will show you an estimated battery life in the app approximately 48 hrs after each time they're charged. As your camera or doorbell learns over time, its battery life estimate will adapt to conditions to improve accuracy. So if there's a lot of recorded activity at the beginning, the estimation will be relatively low. But if the activity drops off after, the battery life estimation will increase.
