Can’t add a new nest camera to google home

we have 5 different cameras attached to our google home. One wasn’t working, kept saying error, not loading. Tried everything then thought  I would delete it and re add it. After I deleted it, it now won’t let me add it back. It makes me go through all the steps of adding a new device then at the end it is not in my camera or device list.

Which camera do you have? (Your post says "Nest Doorbell (wired Gen 2)".)

Have you tried doing a factory reset? The factory reset instructions for various cameras and doorbells is after the restart instructions in this Help topic:

Hello folks,

 

@LJM, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? When re-adding a Nest Camera to your app it will require you to reset it to the factory default and make sure it has a blue light pulsing indicating that it's ready to connect. You may follow the steps from the link shared above.
