door bell won’t work, how should i have it wired?

It looks like your chime puck is wired correctly, provided your Google Nest doorbell is your front doorbell. It corresponds to the diagram here:

Some customers in this forum have reported defective chime pucks with their 2nd gen Google Nest doorbell.
Other customers, including us, have upgraded to a 16V 30VA transformer to get their Google Nest doorbells to work correctly, even though that's more than the minimum Google Nest specifies in the above Help topic.

@suspence, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. The Nest Doorbell (wired, 2nd gen) has higher power requirements than most doorbells. You need a transformer that is rated for 16-24 V AC, 10-40 VA to provide enough power to your doorbell. If you've already installed your doorbell and you see a blinking yellow light on the front, your doorbell isn't receiving enough power. You may hit the link shared above for more information.
