nest wired doorbell - video purple static screen

Camera was showing offline, used pin to reset, reestablished wifi, camera showing on/live, but no video just a black and now purple screen

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed.

• Could you clarify and explain this purple screen you are seeing? I am not sure what to make of that.
• Is your Nest Hello Doorbell receiving power? 
• Have you tried to restart it after you did the first reset?
