So i wanted to move in to the 21st century and install the best recommended video doorbell. Checked the compatibility website for the current chime transformer i had and was given the green light(between 12v and 16v).
When first connected, the ring light was orange, and replaced transformer to a new one with 24v eliminating the chime(as it’s 12v). Now the light was blue but after like 10seconds when on, a small green light(top of camera) flashes once and system turns off and back on after a couple of seconds. It repeats the same thing all over.
I tried to connect it to USB cable to the back and does the same. It lights up orange for a few seconds, then turns blue and after a few seconds green light at top flashes and turns off and repeats.
On both occasions while trying to connect to device i get error NC021. I tested new transformer with meter and is giving the right voltage.
What is wrong?? Defective product??
Edit: Tried to change to a new transformer again and still the same result

I have the same problem. Doorbell has been working for years, I have moved house and reset the doorbell, when trying to re-add in the Nest app I get nc021, incorrect access code. I have scanned the QR code so it isnt incorrect. I have rebooted phone and doorbell and tried another phone, neither help.
