Hi - after a few months of working. My nest door bell goes offline, but the unit itself is showing a solid green light, which indicates it’s connected / should be working fine. Restarting the device does not work / resolve the issue. I can only get the doorbell back online, when I do a full factory reset and remove / re-add the device. I need to keep doing this and it’s a major pain as the doorbell repeatedly goes offline. Is there a fix? I have seen other chats on the same topic closed by Brad / others on the google side without a posted fix…
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Are you using a dual-band router (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz)? If so, which band is your doorbell connected to? Also, turn off your mobile data while accessing your doorbell on the app. Keep us posted.
