no nest cam notifications on my wife phone only video

Good day. i have nest cams, front door and three outdoor cams. i can can notifications e.g. when doorbell rings on my iPhone x but all the wife can see is the video feed, no notifications come through to her phone at all.Any help would br greatly appreciated.

You will need to check the notifications in both the iphone general settings and the specific app settings to ensure that they have been turned on.

Thanks. Problem solved the motivations were off on her iPhone.
