orion grid connect camera not recognised on google home

Hi All, 

my google home wont recognize my Orion grid connect camera, but DOES recognize my grid connect lights. 

The camera works perfectly within the grid connect app, but is not recognized as an option to add to google home. 

I have tried reinstalling, but still nothing. I would like to view the camera on google nest. 

any suggestions are appreciated, Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. To confirm, did you reinstall the Google Home speaker or the camera? What Nest speaker do you own?

Hi I am trying to view an Orion/ Grid Connect camera on my Google Nest hub screen. The camera and 2 grid connect lights all appear on my Grid Connect app, but only the lights appear as available devices on Google Home. I have tried reinstalling the camera and restarting everything, but the camera is still not detected on Google Home.

Got it. Since other devices are working in your Google Home app, have you tried contacting Orion Grid support about it?
