problems reconnecting cameras (battery) to google home

Removed 3 battery cameras from my google home.  Changed the password on the server and reconnected my NestHub Max without any problems.  Have tried 5 times to reconnect my 3 battery cameras and receive the message that "something happened" so each camera will not connect.  Even tried manually loading the camera setup codes manually as well as scanning the original QR codes.  Neither worked and the same error message appears.  Have restarted the network, performed a factory reset and nothing works.  Please help

Was on vacation so could not reply.  Still having horrendous problems trying to reconnect my nest cams(battery) to my network using the Google Home app.  Despite contacting google support and talking with 4 techs, the cams have not be reconnected to my network.  We have worked through all the google suggest steps to no avail.  Asked Google to refund my money and they refused.  So, here I sit with 4 nest cams that are not working.  If you can help, please let me know.  Christine

Android 12.x / Google Home v 2.45.11

Installed Google Nest Cam Outdoor (battery)  about a month ago using Google Home.  All was good.

Had to do factory reset of Google WiFi & reinstall on Google Home.  Forced Cam to be "off" and unreachable (dimmed out in Home).  Removed Cam & Room from Home.  Couldn't reinstall on Home - all good with install until very end - then "There was a problem communicating with Google.  Try again"

Have done factory reset of Cam and restart of WiFi network (also tried security and 2FA off).  Looks an awful lot like a Google problem - like G thinks my cam is shutdown or offline.  Suggestions?
