I have the Battery ring doorbell.
even though it has been plugged in for the last 2 years, I noticed that the camera is not available today due to the shortage of battery.
Is this possible, even if the bell is connected to a power point ?

Hi prshrt,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I understand you’re having trouble with your Google Nest Doorbell (battery), which is showing as unavailable due to a battery shortage. I’m glad to help you.
To further assist you, please answer the following questions:
Are you able to check the camera feed?
Did you receive any notification from the Google Home app?
Did you notice or experience any power outages recently?
In the meantime, please check the battery state in the Google Home app. Here are the steps:
Open the Google Home app.
Verify that the Google Account shown at the top right is the one linked to the Google Nest Doorbell (battery).
Tap Favorites or Devices.
Select the Google Nest Doorbell (battery) from the list of devices.
Tap Settings.
Under Device features, tap Battery.
Please keep me posted.
Regards,
Byron

Your cable could be the problem. Stuff wear out over time. Or something msy have bite on your cable to your camera. Because your camera said it's not getting enough power
