Hi @stdafranklin25,

Thanks for posting in the community.

I understand the frustration of only seeing notifications on one phone for your two doorbells and cameras. The alert mentioning another account is a good clue. I appreciate your effort.

Since you did a factory reset, the first step is to reconnect them to your Google Home app on both phones. Here's how:

1. Re-add the doorbells and cameras.

  • Open the Google Home app on both phones.
  • Tap the "+" button in the top left corner and select "Set up device."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to add each doorbell and camera again, using QR codes or setup codes.

2. Remove the device from the old account:

  • The alert suggests another account might be controlling the devices. Let's address that:
    • On the phone that's not receiving notifications, check if you ever shared the device with another Google account.
    • If so, open the Google Home app on that phone, tap on the doorbell or camera icon, go to Settings > Shared users, and remove the other account.

3. Update apps and restart devices:

  • Ensure both phones have the latest Google Home app version (check the app store for updates).
  • For good measure, restart both phones and your doorbell and camera devices.

4. Notification Settings:

  • Make sure notification settings are enabled for the Google Home app and for each doorbell or camera individually on both phones.
    • Check your phone's notification settings and within the Google Home app itself for each device.

Please follow the steps above and let me know once you're done. Thank you.

Regards,

Jorge.
