wired 2nd gen indoor camera won't factory reset

I need to change the wifi network on my camera.  The network it was connected to no longer functions.

I've tried inserting a fine wire and a pin into the reset hole on the camera face, but the status light remains green

If you have the 2nd gen Google Nest indoor camera installed in the Google Home app--as indicated by your post--the "reset hole on the bottom of the camera head. It’s between the power cord and the camera neck.":
