hello nest chime is working only 10% of the time .wifi is fine and i have checked wires and done hard reset

Thanks for reaching out. Let's see what's going on — when did it start happening? Did you make any changes to your Nest Doorbell? Are you getting any messages in the Google Home app? Also, what's the status light of your doorbell?
Your current settings may prevent the chime from ringing. Follow the steps below and let us know how it goes.

I can understand your frustration. Is the chime connected to enough power? Do you have a multimeter you can use to test it? Please let me know.
