You have to use the removal tool to get it from the bracket and charge it by using the provided USB-C cable.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum. I wanted to check and see if you managed to see the information that RXShorty has shared. Also, keep it plugged in using the provided USB-C cable, and when your doorbell is fully charged, the status light will be solid white and no longer pulse.
