Google outdoor camera not charging fast

One of my two Nest outdoor cameras is charging slowly. 4 months after warranty…this sucks. It will only charge to 64% after 12 hrs using the original supplied cord. The other one charges fine.  Help!

Unfortunately, this appears to be a common issue with the battery powered cameras. (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Battery-camera-charging-problems/m-p/94...)

At my house I have two battery powered cameras plugged into the optional outdoor power cables and have not had this issue. Good news is that even though your camera is out of warranty, Google Nest often will send new cables, plugs, and even cameras outside of warranty. Try contacting Google Nest Support and see if they can help you with your situation.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve searched for the number over the Internet but came up with bad numbers. Would anyone have a good working number?

Yes, I finally made contact with someone from Google support. I sent the bad one in. Now I’m waiting to see if they will refund my credit card.
