Not sure. I'm not a techie, so what do you need to know exactly?

You said you are not using the fire stick.
If you are not using it, unplug it from the HDMI port and connect the HDMI cable output from HDMI splitter to the TV HDMI input
If you want to use the Fire stick and the TV where it is connected has an additional HDMI port, connect the HDMI cable from the HDMI splitter to the second HDMI port.

Both TV sets have HDMI ports?
Do you want to stream the same content on both TVs simultaneously?
You only have one Google Chromecast with Google TV device?

Yes Both sets have HDMI ports. No simultaneous steaming. I only have one Chromecast with GTV device. I do have a fire stick 4 k I'm not using.

I'm not sure I understand how to do that

What exactly are you having trouble understanding?
An HDMI splitter is a device that takes the video and audio content from a single source and then duplicates, or “splits”, that signal into many, which enables the signal to be displayed on multiple sources.

How does it stream to the 2nd tv with a fire stick plugged into it
