All content is playing in Black and White!

I have Chromecast built in on my so-called Smart TV, but regardless of which streaming channel I'm using, the content is all playing in black and white, if at all. All the scene panels are showing in colour if I'm trying to go back or forward on the show, but once I hit play again, it's black and white. Any ideas??

Hey there GayleM,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that black and white issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine it makes for a terrible viewing experience. I would recommend that you cast from another device to see if the problem persists, followed by a factory reset on the TV. However, if that does not resolve the issue, you may need to reach out to the manufacturer of your TV to see if they can remedy the problem.
