I am unable to Chromecast from my chrome book, 

 

It keeps coming up with "available for specific video sites"

Chrome cast works for YouTube, Does not work for other web browsing sites, 

I have reset both Chromebook and TV to factory settings, 

Same laptop works on a different TV with chrome cast built it 

I have double checked that both devices are connected to the same WiFi network and done Reset on Router, 

I have also changed "Connect to cast devices on all IP addresses" chrome://flags/

Hi NM3,

 

Thanks for reaching out and for doing some steps beforehand — I appreciate it! To cover all the bases, please reboot your modem/router, laptop and Chromecast then plug it on a different HDMI port on your TV. Updating your Chrome browser and using a different casting device such as a mobile device or a different laptop might also help.
