Bluetooth headphones cannot connect to Google TV HD

hello,

 

after updating to the latest firmware, my device no longer connects to the bluetooth headphones. I have tried unplugging the headphones, resetting the chromecast Google TV HD but it still won't connect. sometimes it detects headphones but if i connect it says unable to pair. sometimes it remains in the device search phase and does not find anything. I tried 3 different types of headphones but the problem remains.

Hi Guizza87,

 

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

 

  1. Reboot the Bluetooth device
  2. Disconnect other Bluetooth devices. (Can only connect one audio device at a time.)
  3. Reboot your TV.
  4. Reset your Chromecast with Google TV (HD).

Done, buy the problem persist.

I have the same issue I can't pair my headphones all I get is "couldn't pair".
