CCwGTV "Loading error. Unable to load For you" on home screen

My Chromecast with Google TV has been working perfectly since the day I got it. I updated the Android web services and now the"For You" won't load. I've tried

"Navigate to your profile icon and then select Settings and then System and then Storage and then Internal shared storage and then Cached data.

Select OK to clear cached data for all apps." That for not work

I was able to get it to work by also clearing cache and data from Android web services

Hey there nk2261,

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that home screen issue? If not, I'd be happy to help you figure this out. First, make sure your Chromecast's firmware is up-to-date. Then, go ahead and just restart the Chromecast, as this can resolve some minor issues. Finally, if the problem persists, go ahead and factory reset that Chromecast device.

I have tried all these options but nothing is working and nobody seems to answer my posts,please help
