Need some help here. I just bought my new chromecast with google tv and have been stuck on the first “Start pairing” screen with no ending pairing check mark. I turned on and off many times my router, the chromecast , my android phone, etc. I am sure I am doing something wrong. Newbie here, please help.

What method are you using to set up your Chromecast with Google TV, is it via the Google Home app or Voice Remote?
If you are using the Google Home app, please make sure it is updated and your phone should be running on 6.0 or later for Android phones and iOS 12.0 or later for iPhone and iPad. You may try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app and reboot your mobile phone.
