I am real sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know how difficult it can be to find where the issue is. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What type of Chromecast do you have?
  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • Are you able to cast from another device, such as a computer or tablet?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
