Frame drops google tv 4K

I’ve noticed when using any app on my new Google tv chromecast with 4K, I see frame drops. I googled it as I see a lot of threads that are closed but don’t have a fix Is there a setting I’m missing?

Chromecast with no wifi

Hello, I have a Samsung TV with Chromecast. After hurricane Ian, I have no Xfinity wifi or tv, but I do have a strong cellular connection. Is there any way I can stream from my IPhone 8 + to Chromecast on my tv?
