Chromecast dynamic range output

Is there any information about what range of dynamic the Chromecast outputs? Is it 0-255 (like a PC) or 16-255 (like a Bluray player). My projector has a setting for dynamic range with these two options.

Remote work to stay paired

My remote won't stay pair between power cycles.I've changed the batteries. I've re-paired the remote using varries methods. It works during the time I'm using it, but after I turn my tv off the remote stops working.

Audio failing on bluetooth

My chromecast is playing sound via bluetooth to my JBL Encore box, but the audio keeps failing during playback. I tested the box with other bluetooth devices and it worked normally but with the chromecast it keeps failing. What can I do?
