Anyone experiencing YouTube app issue. When I access the app it's just black screen. Every other app works properly.

The options you're looking for, such as "Clear cache," are located within the system settings rather than on the main apps screen. I recommend starting by clearing the cache for YouTube by following these steps:
You can also restart your Chromecast with Google TV by unplugging the device from the power source for one minute and then plugging it back in.
