My new Chrome Cast won't pair with my Panasonic Oled TV 2019 model?? Any suggestions please

I'm going to assume you mean the power/input/volume controls. Unfortunately, it would be impossible for Google to list absolutely every TV brand/manufacturer. You can use some trial and error by selecting the other manufacturer's listed. Alternatively, try a Google search or see if they have forums to see if someone else may have found one that works for your brand of TV.

I manged to get over the issue  by using a  chrome cast device and casting from my phone Thanks

Nice catch. But no list is shown. Just read the other threads concerning power/input/volume controls. It just says "something went wrong".
