I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Wi-Fi issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, because I know network issues can be hard to figure out on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
  • What is the firmware version of the Chromecast?
  • Are you connecting to 2.4GHz band or 5GHz band?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
