The Netflix app won’t work when we try to watch anything it won’t play the video and the error code just says to restart then clear our cache I’ve done everything on there website and nothing has worked, as well as prime video everything we try to watch just loads a black screen and just plays the audio. I’ve done a network check and get 65mps to the chrome cast so I know it’s not a speed issue, anyone have any suggestions?
