1. Reboot your Chromecast with Google TV
2. Unpair your Chromecast Voice Remote
If your Chromecast Voice Remote is paired with your Chromecast with Google TV, unpair it:
- Go to your account profile > Settings > Remotes & Accessories.
- Select Chromecast Remote, then Forget, then Yes.
3. Factory reset your Chromecast Voice Remote
- Remove both batteries and wait 5 minutes.
- Reinsert the batteries while pressing and holding the Home button.
- Continue to hold the Home button while the LED light turns on and stays solid.
- When the light starts to pulse, release the button.
