Hi is there Known issues or some kind of update that caused Chrome devices to stop working?
My Chrome cast as well as my aunt who is 10km away from me both stopped Working as of yesterday.
Tried all trouble shooting options. It connects on Google home but when I try to cast from Netflix and other supported apps in say not connected.

Check your internet connection.
Reboot both the Chromecast device and your WiFi router - unplug them from the main power grid for about 5 minutes then plug them back in.

Mine also stopped working yesterday. And I followed all the help steps with no luck.

Ok so after taking a break and then trying everything again, I realised I hadn't tried turning my modem off at the wall. That seems to have done the trick...for now 🤞🤞

Thanks the good old turn it off turn it on worked. Yes that the only thing I didn't do as well. Working g all good
