Previously set it up, it's been unplugged for a long time.
I can't get to the settings via Google home to reset it. It keeps saying "unable to load. Try again"
I need to reset it. Yes I have tried restarting it via the hard button on the side. I need to revert back to factory.

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Chromecast Audio? If not, I'd be happy to help. Just to confirm, when the device is powered on, what color is the LED light? Depending on the color and status of that light, the Chromecast Audio could be throwing an error.
If you need to factory reset the Chromecast Audio using the button, while the Chromecast Audio is plugged in, hold down the button on the side of the Chromecast Audio. The LED will begin blinking orange. When the LED light turns white, release the button and the Chromecast Audio will begin the reboot sequence. If this didn't occur last time you tried it, give it another shot.
