The "select" and right directional buttons on my Chromecast remote have stopped working. I've tried all morning to start the warranty process and even when I get the link to the warranty checker it can't find my device. I've only had the Chromecast for 10 months.
This is ridiculous, why can't I just send them a receipt with a date stamp and get a new remote?????? They want to make it as hard as possible so you'll just give up.
