Chromecast TV remote control Prosonic 32LED5003

I have an old Prosonic 32LED5003 TV with a remote that I cannot seem to pair to the Chromecast remote's IR blaster (power, volume). The manufacturer's brand is missing, and no matter how much I try, there seems to be no match under other brands. I have tried a few dozens, but there are hundreds of them out there, so I'm never going to finish with it if I have to manually do it.

Prosonic seems to be one of those "whitelabel" companies that buys whitelabel TVs and rebrands them to their own. I could not find out who actually manufactures these TVs.

On the flip-side (pun intended), I have a Flipper Zero that I could use to extract all the codes (and can replicate them on my Flipper), which I attached below. I tried to compare these codes to the Flipper-IRDB to see what other manufacturers use these. A few of them did, some of which are also listed in the Chromecast (eg.: Sharp, APEX). However, the exact codes I need to use at least the Power button is not present in the Chromecast, despite Sharp having 16 different codes supported in the Chromecast app.

So my real question is, is there any way to submit these codes to the Chromecast team so it could be included in a software update?
Or, alternatively, is there anyone that could tell me what manufacturer should I select on the Chromecast in order to use the infrared power on/off, and maybe the volume control too? I cannot sit here for days to go through hundreds of brands just to come to the realization that maybe none of them use the same codes. Doing a few dozens of them already took quite a while.

Prosonic 32LED5003 codes extracted from the Flipper:

The protocol for this remote is the Extended NEC protocol, which the Chromecast remote already uses for a number of manufacturers.

name: Power_on_off
protocol: NECext
address: 007F0000
command: 0AF50000

name: Volume_up
protocol: NECext
address: 007F0000
command: 1EE10000

name: Volume_down
protocol: NECext
address: 007F0000
command: 5FA00000

name: Mute
protocol: NECext
address: 007F0000
command: 50AF0000

I have an old Prosonnic Tv connected to a Google TV. (My remote is labeled LED-2457T2C).
I did some cross reference on the TV remote codes from this file:
https://cms.go.com.mt/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/GO-remote-TV-codes.pdf

And I finally succeede finding one, that works. 😀 (I only use the power function).

The brand is 'Bush' and it was the 3. or 4. code.

Hi fraknoiz,

Thank you for posting. Sorry for the inconvenience that you have with the codes for the Chromecast on your TV.

Unfortunately, there is no code to add at this time, but you can share feedback to suggest this feature to our product for future updates.

Regards,

Byron

Holy .... !! The power button works for me too! (i also only use the power function) I needed to use the 5th code though, but it works like a charm.

Thanks a lot, you're a life saver!
