I saw an article about this issue, I already tried all the answers provided, I have two chromecast and one of them stop working and was just spinning, I change de HDMI port, I change the TV, I change the power cable, button don’t change the color there is no way to me that I can hard reset this.
This already have more than a month that happened

i would get a firestick. they work much better and have WAY more functionality. google products simply do not last and they don't stand behind their products.
