Google TV Remote Issues

I have 2 Google TVs that I use to watch TV.  I also have an iPhone.  I can pair my iPhone to be used as a remote for both TVs, but every few minutes the TV stops playing and presents the pairing code again, even though the phone doesn't seem to have unpaired as a remote.  Both of my TVs are doing this.  Is there a fix stop this from happening every 5-10 minutes?

To confirm, do you have a separate Chromecast with Google TV device that is plugged in on your TV, or your TV has a built-in Google TV? When did the issue start? Have you tried to unpair your phone and re-pair it?
