Chromecast and Xfinity

I have an old TV.. 20-years and it has one HDMI. Recently I dropped renting the "slave" receivers and installed Chromecast. I can cast YouTube just fine but I am unable to stream xfinity. The only thing displaying when casting xfinity is the Channel Page  or I can see a "business card" of whatever was sent to cast.

Im thinking the format might be to new for the old set??

I moved the new Chromecast to another tv and it works fine.

Thoughts??

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Were you able to cast other apps with no issues except for this Xfinity Streaming app? Does it allow you to cast this app, and the TV loads it but won’t actually play the content? If yes, then this is related to this thread. We may need to merge the threads if so. Xfinity subscribers also have this question, and it seems that it is isolated to the app, as we all await updates from users who contacted Xfinity about it. Let us know if this concern is related to that thread, and if not, kindly provide more details so we can try and troubleshoot it.
