Chromecast casting problem

I Connot Connect To my chromecast. I have tried restarting and factory reseting it but i still cant cast

Hi HerrWolf,

 

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: are you getting any error messages when connecting to your Chromecast 2nd gen device? Have you tried casting from a different device to see if the issue persists? How did you factory reset your Chromecast 2nd gen device?
