I am trying to cast from my android phone and my chromebook to my tv. Every time I try to connect it say error 1003 Maximum number of devices on my account has been reached and to go to My Devices tab in the applications settings to manage them. I think all I have is my Living room tv which I just added when I did a new Chromecast setup. Still did not work. I have worked on this for hours and nothing has happened. Any help would be most appreciated.

Where do you get that? If it is from an specific app, try to see if there is a way to remove old devices you don't have anymore from that app.
