Hi everyone,
I've tríes everything I've found online. I am starting to think it's relate to my account. Because when I add a different account all the features work. Is anyone having similar issues ?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We’re sorry for the delay in response. Yes, this is more of an issue with the account used than the Chromecast device itself. You may need to do a runthrough with the account settings.
