Chromecast into developer mode

Hi - I went to the Android TV OS Build and press quick 7 times and it won’t go into developer mode.

I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast is having issues activating developer mode, I know this issue is pretty annoying, so I'd be happy to help out! Currently, there is a work-around if you cannot activate developer mode via the method you've tried:

1. Go to Apps > Search for apps and games > type Developer Tools > Install app
2. Open it and from the left menu > (settings) Developers options > Enable
3. Go to the Home screen > Select your avatar icon, you should have a new Notification > Developer Options Enabled - click on it to enable it in the System menu.

Thanks - I had resolved it already by upgrading to the latest software update and that worked.  Will try your method next time if I run into similar issues.
