 im stuck in here.. i tryed to hard reset but it didnt response!!

I have the same issue. 
It seems thats there is no solution for this problem.

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! In this case, if the Chromecast is completely stuck on this G screen, you may need to look into getting it replaced. Would you be able to fill out this form so that Chromecast Support can reach out to you via email? Let me know if you do so.

I'VE THE SAME ISSUE, IT KEEPS LOADING AND NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I PLUG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME. I CANT GO INTO REMOTE CONFIG
